TERMS & CONDITIONS

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity of serving
your personal and/or your
company needs for printing and related services.
Before you request an estimate/quote and/or
place an order please take a few moments to read our Terms
&
Conditions. We want to make
your purchase from us a pleasant one for all parties involvedt.
We all know
whether with printing or any other service, goods, etc. there will
possibly be problems. We will do our utmost to keep these at a very
minimum and work with you in any reasonable way to solve them.
Any changes after the original
estimate/quote request will VOID
that
estimate/quote and a new one will be provided.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PRICING ERRORS BEFORE
ANY WORK BEGINS, AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF CORRECTED
PRICING IS NOT SATISFACTORY!
First let us distinguish
between estimate & quote:
Estimate is primarily based on a limited amount of
information provided by the customer who more or less just wants a
"general" and/or "ball park" figure.
Quote is a confirmed price to our customer after all
of our Terms & Conditions have been met.
Proofs:
You
will be furnished proofs on a new order that we must typset/design for
you. These proofs must be approved by you and returned to us before any
work can begin. We are not responsible for errors after your
authorization. Exact repeat orders do not require
proof(s).
Artwork:
Estimate is based on camera
ready copy unless otherwise noted.
Registration:
Hair-line registration (where two (2) or more colors
touch and/or less than 1/8" in spacing) are at an additional charge unless
otherwise noted. Spot colors (not less that 1/8" in spacing) are included
in your estimate/quote if applicable.
General Press Notes:
Press proofs are not
available on most orders due to the time involved in setting up the
machines, holding, etc. In cases where you must absolutely have a press
proof please be advised that set-up costs are doubled to compensate for
holding of the machines, labor, etc.
Ink colors,
paper stocks, etc. vary with each mill run. We cannot guarantee exact
matches on any previously items by us or another printer. No exact color
match is guaranteed on any order. We will do our utmost to make repetitive
jobs match as close as possible.
PAYMENT TERMS,
etc.
Patrons with no account must pre-pay
their orders before any work can begin. You are invited to apply for open
account but please remember we must be compensated for our services. There
is a $25.00 charge which covers administration and credit bureau fees when
applying for open account.
Misc.
Shipping is billed at our actual
costs. If you are in our delivery area (the immediate
Tupelo/Belden area) that is always no charge for pick-up and
delivery.
Standard turn-around for most orders is
7-10 working days (not guaranteed). Allow extra time for transit of
orders. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. We
will of course, ship at your specifications but all financial costs,
etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations: Orders placed through our
website cannot be cancelled due to operating costs already involved when
placing the order. The one exception is noted above when pricing errors
have been made.
